CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS

An internationally recognised short course for working adults (PROLUS Scheme)  

Introduction

Cambridge International Certificate & Diploma in Business enable individuals to develop theoretical understanding, alongside practical ability, of a variety of business disciplines at all levels of the management structure.

This programme is suitable to the following:

    1. Working adults in supervisory position who wanted to upgrade themselves with the knowledge and understanding of business, or to develop specific workplace skills such as marketing or human resource management
    2. School leavers who have started work and are looking for a fast-track diploma to enhance their prospects of promotion or to prepare themselves for a better career
    3. Individuals who wish to have a specialised certificate in a specific area such marketing or human resource management

Scheme of Assessment  
Every candidate is assessed by a 2-hour exam for every module. Exams are held in May and Oct every year. All exams are set and marked by University of Cambridge International Examinations- thereby guaranteeing its recognition in the workplace.

Getting a Certificate or Diploma  
A certificate will only be issued if the candidate passes the 2 core modules.
However, for the optional module, a certificate will be issued if the candidate passes one optional module.
Any candidate who completes 2 Core Modules and 2 Optional Modules will receive the Cambridge International Diploma in Business.
 
Course Duration  
Each module can be completed in 2 months. The entire course (i.e. 4 modules) can be completed within one year.
Course Schedule:
All sessions are scheduled on Sundays from 9:30am to 1:30pm
 
Fee  
  • Registration - RM200 per candidate
  • Training fee - RM1,000 per module (RM5,000 for a Diploma)
  • Examination fee - RM350 per module
