We welcome those who are interested to further their studies at our college. The procedures are as follows:

1. Come personally to our college:
   1. Complete the student application form
   2. Bring along your original educational certificates such as SPM/UEC/STPM/Diploma, etc.
      (if the educational certificate is not yet available, trial examination result can be considered)
   3. Prepare 2 copies of passport size photographs
   4. Bring along your IC (identity card)
   5. Pay at our college (Application fee is RM200)
      1. Cash
      2. Cheque (Payable to Crescendo International College Sdn Bhd)
   
   
2. By post:
   1. Print out the application form by downloading the application form (52 KB)
   2. Enclose photocopies of certificates, educational certificates such as SPM/UEC/STPM/Diploma and etc.
      (if the educational certificate is not yet available, trial examination result can be considered)
   3. Enclose 2 copies of passport size photographs (write your name and IC number at the back)
   4. Enclose one photocopy of IC (identity card)
   5. Enclosed cheque/postal order/bank draft of RM200 as Application Fee
   6. Send to:

If you are accepted, we will send an offer letter to you.
