Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ) is a qualification offered by Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). Working professionals and degree holders can pursue the SCAQ with Crescendo International College (CIC). The SCAQ learning pathway includes:
1. Foundation Programme
Degree holders may be eligible for exemptions in the Foundation Programme based on their academic qualifications. See "How to register as an SCAQ Candidate" below for more info.
2. Professional Business Accountant
To obtain ISCA's Professional Business Accountant (PBA) designation, students must complete the Foundation Programme and an additional module known as the Ethics & Professionalism Module (EP). EP is delivered fully online, has no exam and can be taken concurrently with Foundation Programme.
3. Professional Programme
Technical Modules
Capstone Module (Taken only after completing the four technical modules & obtaining 2 years of practical experience.
4. Becoming a Chartered Accountant of Singapore
To become a Singapore Chartered Accountant, you must complete the Professional Programme and accumulate a minimum of three (3) full years of practical experience and have at least 450 working days in an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO).

Upon completing the Professional Programme and satisfying the Practical Experience requirement, you shall qualify as a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
